'Argument "0000 10" isn't numeric in division...' Error Occurs When Executing the RTM LCMT700 Batch

In Oracle Retail Trade Management (RTM), when trying to convert the Letter of Credit (LC) application that is Oracle Retail format to SWIFT format by using the LCMT700 batch, the batch fails with the following error:
Steps to Reproduce:
- Associate LC to an order such that there are records in LC_HEAD. LC_DETAIL and LC_DOWNLOAD tables.
- Run LCADNLD batch.
- Notice the batch aborts with error.
