If "Returns Allowed" Flag Is Set to "Y" for a Supplier in RMS, the Update is Not Processed in SIM

When using Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) 15.0, when we create a new supplier in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and set the "Returns Allowed" flag as "Y", the message arrives to SIM and produces an error message:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new supplier in RMS
2. The supplier should have the return address indicator set to 'Y'
3. The message arrives in SIM
4. When SIM is trying to integrate the message, the error above occurs
