Issue with List of Values for an Item Criteria When Create a New Query (Doc ID 2157434.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, User Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a new query is created ,
A> First criteria is Organization and select a value in "From" field ,
B> Second criteria is Item and click on "From" field type aaa and press Tab  , the list of values for "Organization" appears instead of "Items" list of value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into Planner Workbench
2. Select Queries --> Plan: XX-TST --> Personal Queries --> Order --> Create Query
3. Selected Query : New TEST query
4. Click on "Organization" criteria , "From" field and from  LOV select TST:M1 and click OK to close the window
5. Click on the"From" field  for Items criteria , type  aaa, then hit tab and a list of Organizations is displayed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A List of values (LOV) with items should appears
