Key features in this release include:
- Support for integrating with Customer Experience (CX) Solutions:
- Oracle Social Cloud or Social Relationship Management applications: Enables utilities to receive notifications of social conversations or posts requiring action in CCB
- Oracle RightNow Knowledge Cloud Service: Enables users of CCB to be presented with a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) or topics that are relevant to the page they are on with links to the relevant content in Oracle RightNow Knowledge Cloud Service
- Additional Support for integrating with Oracle DataRaker:
- Enable CCB to receive business flags or exceptions from other applications and manage those that require further investigation
- Customer program management module enhancements to enable an initiative’s lead details to be extracted for advanced segmentation analysis and to receive updates to activate eligible leads for processing
- Enhanced customer care and billing features including customer contact enhancements, auto pay enhancement, off-cycle service provider switching, and increasing system wide support for person contacts
- Support for Pitney Bowes DOC1 for Online / Batch Printing and Online Display
- Oracle Scheduler (DBMS_SCHEDULER) Integration for scheduling and executing background (batch) processes. Oracle Scheduler is included as part of the Oracle database.
