Symptoms
Deleted add entries become un-deleted upon subsequent login to the InForm trial for one User.
Scenario -
- User successfully deleted the add entry for a Patient.
- However, upon next login (after a few minutes) the deleted add entry was undeleted for the Patient.
- The audit trail also pulls up the deletion and un-deletion activity of the add entries for the Patient.
- Issue was seen across different browsers – Internet Explorer and Chrome
