Symptoms

You are experiencing ORA errors in one or more of the following programs:

"MSCANAPP: Analyze Plan Partition" fails with:
FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20000: WO_SUB_COMP_999999 invalid partition name

OR

"MSCCRPAR: Create APS Partitions" fails with:
ORA-02149: Specified partition does not exist / ORA-14074: partition bound must collate higher than that of the last partition

OR

"MSCSDW: Snapshot Delete Worker" fails with:
ORA-02149: Specified partition does not exist
