Unable To View Graphical Reports And Knowledge Analysis Tab for OK 8.6.0 In OBIEE (Doc ID 2158567.1)

Symptoms

We are unable to view Graphical Reports in OBIEE 11.1.1.7.0. However, when we click on Print or Export option we can see the graphs. Also, when we click on "Knowledge Analysis" tab on OBIEE dashboard, we see nothing but a blue screen.

Changes

This is a new implementation of 8.6.0 and we are just getting analytics running.
