Symptoms

Created Background Processor Scheduled job to move 'COM' jobs to 'DEL' (n_cst_clear_completed_job or job type id 1011) and then to purge 'DEL' jobs (n_cst_purge_jobqueue or job type id 99).

The n_cst_clear_completed_job is successful and moves the 'COM' to 'DEL' and the n_cst_purge_jobqueue job is successful but no 'DEL' job data purged.

There are no errors in the BP_notification.log, jmaster.log or worker.log log files.

Workaround:
Data cleanup; deliver background processor jobs purge scripts <patch.13537252> - job_purge_sql
