Unable read the View table instance in PLSQL Program

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
When View table instance is added as source table descriptor to a program, program is not able to read any record from view table instance.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create Loadset of type “LS_AE_SRC”
2. Create table descriptor using mdd “ae_src.mdd”
3. Install Workarea
4. Run Loadset by providing the “ae_src.csv”. Once loaded we should see two records in the “AE_SRC” table
5. Create Program named “AE_VO” of type “View”.
6. Add “AE_SRC” as source table descriptor to view program
7. Add the source code as “select * from ae_src”
8. Install View Program – “AE_VO” table instance need to be created and should be able to see two records when browsed.
9. Create Program named “TestViewTable” of type PLSQL
10. Add the “AE_VO” as source table descriptor
11. Add Target table descriptor using “ae_tgt.mdd”
12. Add pkg_test.sql as source code.
13. Install and Run the Program

Observation to make:
1. Able to see data on “AE_SRC” table when we browse in UI
2. Able to see data on “AE_VO” table when we browse in UI
3. PLSQL package is just reading data from View and inserting into Target table
4. “AE_TGT” does not have any data loaded.
