MWM Outbound Message Not Able To Invoke Due to Incorrect Schema Constants Configured

Symptoms

MWM system is trying to invoke the Web Service, however the outbound message configuration is not able trigger the Web Service.
Currently the outbound message failed with error - null null not found

The following is also observe on the Sync Request page.
Status: Retry
Error Message: null not found
