Symptoms
Query Based Data Elements (QBDE) used in Business Processes (BP) are not updating with the expected data when a Record is created or updated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a BP record is created or updated, the QBDE's should update according to the actual data updates that are pulled in from the source (such as a cost sheet)
