In Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO) with default locale as nl_NL or fr_FR, an "Unexpected Error" occurs when accessing the Hourly Productivity Adhoc Report.
The following error is seen in the backoffice.log :
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to ORBO.
2. Click on 'Reports' link.
3. Click on ‘Hourly Productivity’ link.
4. Click ‘Adhoc’ button.
5. Select ‘View’ button.
6. Application throws Unexpected Exception.
