Unable to open the following files while uploading component via WAM Receiving Components Wizard (Doc ID 2160073.1)

Symptoms

On : WAM 1.9.1.2.5 deployed on WLS\FnR=10.3.6\11.1.2.2.0 Linux

Error while running Receiving Components Wizard
 

ERROR
-----------------------
The process was unable to open the following files.
Check the path or privileges on the files.
$PATH\component_upload.xml




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login WAM
2. Launch a PO Receiving record
3. Enter Recpt Qty, then click Save



4. The Receiving Components Wizard launches


5. Browse to $PATH\component_upload.xml
6. click Finish
