PO Lines Not Collected to ASCP Tables

Standard Collection Program not collecting PO Lines from EBS Source for Key Items. The PO lines are in MTL_SUPPLY table.
We have a Consensus Plan that shows all the PO, but not in ATP Plan. This is very very critical to Business as they could not Book order because of -ve ATP.

PO lines in Consensus plan vs current ATP plan (4 days apart) and there are 1403 lines more in Consensus that ATP in the US org (US1-US3).
It seems many PO Lines are not collected for item 1011516-BLK-08 for US3 org.
