Symptoms
Oracle Clinical 5.1/5.0.1 (uses Fusion Middleware Version 11.1.2.1) : It is possible to add multi line text in the Graphic Layout Editor where the lines are separated by [return] / carriage return. This text appears ok in the RDC Onsite CRF but the carriage return is ignored in the Blank Casebook report / Print Preview and the multi line text appears on a single line (the problem does not affect multi-line data entry fields). This can cause issues where the text overlaps with other fields / text ie
