After Searching For Content Infocenter Gives Error When Clicking On Filters (Doc ID 2160659.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on a filter or next page the user gets an error in Infocenter.  This is a page cannot be displayed error.  A corresponding ESAPI error is found in the logs.
