OUCSS Displays Campaign 'Description' Instead Of 'Prompt on Order' For Forms (Doc ID 2160970.1)

OUCSS | Forms > Log an Issue

Questions come from Self Service Task Type defined Campaign. The Questions defined for the Campaign in CCB have a 'Prompt on Order' and 'Brief Description' value. When the Log an Issue page is rendered after picking a Form Type, the Question Label uses the 'Brief Description' value, and the Question Tooltip uses the 'Prompt on Order' value. This seems to be reversed from expected behavior and due to the shorter size of the 'Brief Description' field, not as much detail can be provided in the UI as the Question Label.
