All LDAP Users are Able to Login to WebClient and JavaClient. Some LDAP Users Are Not Able To Approve Changes With Error:"Invalid Approve/Reject Password"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
All Users are able to login to WebClient and Java Client, But some users are able to approve the changes some are not able to approve the changes with LDAP login credentials.
Symptoms
All LDAP users are able to login to Web and Java Client but when attempting to approve changes for few ldap users using LDAP login <username/password> the following error occurs.
ERROR In GUI

"Invalid approve/reject password"
ERROR In Wireshark Logs

"LDAPMessage bindResponse(1) invalidCredentials (80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903D0, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v2580)"
Changes
Few users are one in domain and few users are in different domain in AD Server.
