Task Configuration For 'Schedule Event Task' Is Not Working In Cluster Environment. (Doc ID 2161364.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.3.0 version, Administration/Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The event setup is running on each of the managed server eventhough 'Laod Across Server' set to 'No'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
as per the configuration in cluster environment the schedule should run on only one server. But we there is set up event is running for each manged server in the cluster which is not expected.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Set up a 'Schdeule Event' process extension and configured Task configuration for 'Scheduler Event Task' as 'Laod Across Server' set to 'No'.
as per the configuration in cluster environment the schedule should run on only one server. But we there is set up event is running for each manged server in the cluster which is not expected.
