Error: "Password Must Contain System Requirements..." When Creating a New Password

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user is resetting their EnterpriseTrack password the system asks for Old password and New Password. If the user does not load a password with the correct minimum criteria, it displays an error message. The message displayed indicates what minimum information needed.
Password must contain system requirements such as one upper case character and/ or one non-alphanumeric character and/ or one special character.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter password that does not meet the condition
2. Error message is displayed
3. To be accepted, the new password must meet system requirements
