Symptoms
Currently, C1-OCBG batch job creates exception To Do's in Completed status, thus making it impossible to work on them. The batch should create Open To Do's.
Changes
Workaround:
1. Duplicate To Do Type C1-OCBG to CM-OCBG, without a Creation Process - this is automatically removed by the duplicate function
2. Add it as a new effective-dated parameter on algorithm C1-OCBGMOERR.
