Symptoms
Scenario;
* After upgrading the Pricing Design Center (PDC) environment to version Patch Set (PS)8 from PS6, one is trying to import just a single RUM configuration, but it is throwing unique constraint error.
* Even by using the -ow overwrite, the above mentioned error is thrown.
* In this context, there are two problems identified.
