1. EDD Constrained plan
-- no decision rules enabled
-- 90 days / 52 weeks
-- resource and supplier capacity constraints - BUT Enforce purchasing LT constraints is NOT checked
-- overwrite - None
2. We see org / item has negative PAB on 27-JUN-2016:D:11 - 1477
Fixed next day on 28-JUN-2016:D:12 with Purchase Order for 2400 - PAB now 922
fixed next day on 01-JUL-2016:D:19 with planned order for 4200 - PAB now 397
Taking reference to SR which we raised last year, we have already analyzed to make sure our item Routing lead times and our flow manufacturing flow rates are in sync.
-- We can confirm that these are indeed in sync.
-- We have also looked at the plan (which is EDD) to check if any schedule ship dates of higher sub-assembly or finished goods demand could be impacting, but again we saw no issue there either.
PAB will not go negative with this type of plan
This could cause potential supply issues to fill Demand and we have Flow Schedules that must be continuous.
