After running PreGenerateForecast and generate in Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF), the UpdateFnhbiRdf fails with a return code of 2.  

For this scenario, there are three final levels in the domain. For each of the Final Levels there is a Source-Level that uses the User Defined Dimension (UDD) (on the Product hierarchy). The itg1 is on an alternate hierarchy, and it is a UDD.
