ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After switching from HTTP to HTTPS, a performance issue is encountered, which results in longer load times when users are navigating in the application.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

no slowdown encountered when using HTTPS with CCB (Customer Care and Billing)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In order to switch from http to https, changes were made to the load balancer by forcing it from port 80 to 443.
