ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After switching from HTTP to HTTPS, a performance issue is encountered, which results in longer load times when users are navigating in the application.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

no slowdown encountered when using HTTPS with CCB

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In order to switch from http to https, changes were made to the load balancer by forcing it from port 80 to 443.

The issue has the following business impact:
End users will encounter significant slowdown when using HTTPS.
