Unable to install Agile PLM with below error

Error

Agile domain creation failed!
Domain creation failed. Please review WLST log files for details. Agile installation will stop!




Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Weblogic server 12.1.3
2. Install Agile 9.3.4 or 9.3.5 or 9.3.6
