Managed Server Always Error After Patching To Network Integrity Version 7.2.4.4 In RAC (Doc ID 2162483.1)

Symptoms

The customer upgraded from NI 7.2.4.0 to NI 7.2.4.1 and then applied a patch for NI 7.2.4.4. After the first step of upgrading to NI 7.2.4.1 the cartridges were not re-deployed which is a required step.

The following error was generated as a result of the missed step for the managed servers.  Further scan and discovery actions could not be completed.  They also lost the ability to re-deploy cartridges.
