The customer upgraded from NI 18.104.22.168 to NI 22.214.171.124 and then applied a patch for NI 126.96.36.199. After the first step of upgrading to NI 188.8.131.52 the cartridges were not re-deployed which is a required step.
The following error was generated as a result of the missed step for the managed servers. Further scan and discovery actions could not be completed. They also lost the ability to re-deploy cartridges.
