Allocations Screen Funds Do Not Return to List When Deleted

On : 10.2.0 version, Fund Information

Actual Behavior
When you select a fund on the allocations screen and then delete that fund from being used, the fund does not return to the dropdown list as an available fund unless you leave the screen and come back to the allocations screen or refresh the page.

Expected Behavior
The expectation would be that the fund would return without refreshing the screen or requiring to leave the page and come back.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to a Policy
2. Click Allocations
3. Delete an existing fund and save
4. Attempt to add the fund back - it does not exist in the dropdown
