Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.11.0 version, MTA

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The input to MTA_WORKER_JOB is having details of 3 products,  which are supposed to be cancelled.

However, the input to MTA_WORKER_JOB_DONE is having information of only 1 product which is cancelled (the last one to be cancelled)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The input to MTA_WORKER_JOB_DONE should have details of all 3 products that are cancelled in the RESULTS array.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create an account with multiple products
- Set end dates of 3 products on a same day
- Run pin_cycle_fees -cancel
