We are Upgrading OSM from 18.104.22.168_1 to 22.214.171.124 in a Cluster Environment
We are experiencing the following OSM Upgrade issues:
i. oms_pool was not created by the installer and had to be created manually.
ii. cartridge_management_ws is not deployed.
The install wizard is reaching 100% and we are receiving a prompt to restart all cluster servers. After restart, by pressing next, we are receiving a message that OSM is not active yet.
OMS.ear is active in all cluster members but cartridge_management_ws is not deployed ( it is not appearing in the list )
