TSF_EXPECTED_QTY Is Not Updated For 2 Legged Transfers With External Finishers After The Work Order Is Consumed (Doc ID 2163617.1)

 TSF_EXPECTED_QTY is not updated when work order status message is processed for a 2 legged transfers with external finishers.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a MR (Manual Requisition) type 2 legged transfer.
  2. First Leg of the transfer is from Warehouse to external finisher and the second leg of the transfer is from external finisher to warehouse.
  3. Add items to the transfer on the transfer detail [tsfdetail] screen.
  4. Create a work order.
  5. Submit and approve the transfer.
  6. Ship the first leg of the transfer.
  7. Receive the first leg of the transfer.
  8. Consume the work order.
  9. Note that ITEM_LOC_SOH.TSF_EXPECTED_QTY for the to location of the second leg transfer is not cleared.
