MSS Needs Ability to Change LRN for Telephone Numbers

Symptoms
PROBLEM STATEMENT
User needs to change the LRNs for a couple of switches due to rehoming / consolidation but are not able to change them in MSS. We have tried deleting, adding a new default LRN, but the records still end up with the wrong LRN due to the history. How should this be done?
STEPS
1. Add LRN on a given TN-2 (NPA-NXX-NNNN), to switch to new CLLI code for the swith (that currently has LRN TN-1) and make it the Default LRN. 2. Create a change order to disconnect existing TN number TN-3 that has this LRN assigned 3. In the same order add a new service ordering this TN - save changes
4. Telephone Numbers window for TN-3 shows the new TN service as <TN-3>-1 (in Pending state), associated with old LRN: <TN-1>
BUSINESS IMPACT
Sometimes companies rehome a switch or do a switch consolidaton and the LRN changes. We really need this to be supported. .
