Goal

All of the blocklists used are IPv4 only. Can we stop dns_verify.so from requesting IPv6 (AAAA) records from DNS?

Example IPv6 queries hitting DNS hosts as a result of using dns_verify.so:

14-Jul-2016 19:02:13.850 queries: info: client <IP ADD>#29326: view default: query: <IP ADD>.<DOMAIN> IN AAAA + (<IP ADD>)
14-Jul-2016 19:02:13.851 queries: info: client <IP ADD>#31420: view default: query: <IP ADD>.<DOMAIN> IN AAAA + (<IP ADD>)

mappings:

SPAMBL

 *.*.*.* $C$|SPAMHAUS;$0.$1.$2.$3.$[IMTA_LIB:dns_verify.so,dns_verify,$3.$2.$1.$0.<DOMAIN>.|%a|$$N|$$N]|$Y$E

If we could reduce the DNS traffic by half that would be helpful, especially since that half will never ever succeed or be useful.
