ALM Currency Object Migration Fails with "Failed Migrating Object..[id:null,name:,type:802,Source Folder:,Target Folder:]" (Doc ID 2163739.1)

In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 8.0.1, when you try to migrate a Static Deterministic ALM process, the migration fails while transferring a dependent Currency associated with an Interest Rate code used in the Forecast Rates.  The following error exists in the migration View Log:

Preparing to Migrate Object..[id:3610,name:AUD Zero Curve,type:801,Source Folder:,Target Folder:]
Dependency Exist for the Object , So Preparing to Move Dependent Objects of Count..1
Preparing to Migrate Object..[id:null,name:,type:802,Source Folder:,Target Folder:]
Started Migrating Object..[id:null,name:,type:802,Source Folder:,Target Folder:]
This is an UnSupported Object,So performing only existance of Object in Target.
Object Doesn't Exist In Target
Failed Migrating Object..[id:null,name:,type:802,Source Folder:,Target Folder:]

The FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSService.log in the web server's OFSAA log directory contains a similar error:

[FUSIONSUBSYSTEMS] May 18,16 11:42:27 : [DBUTIL]Failed Migrating Object..[id:null,name:,type:802,Source Folder:,Target Folder:]

As a result of the error, the migration of the ALM Static Deterministic process fails.
