Retail Integration Console (RIC) Is Not Showing RIB-<app> Information (Doc ID 2163840.1)

 After successful installation of Retail Integration Console (RIC), RIB-<app> information is not available in the RIB Integration Summary tab in the RIC console.  How to resolve this issue?
