'UpdateSRS -recacheZones' Causing Multi-minute System-Wide Lockups When Models Have a Large Number of Schematic Maps

When the command 'UpdateSRS -recacheZones' is run after Schematic maps are built, it causes multi-minute end user lockups.
We get multi-minute nightly end user "elapsed times" (lockups) when UpdateSRS -recacheZones runs after Schematic Build.
If we disable Schematic Builds, the UpdateSRS runs in a few seconds, and the users do not get long "elapsed times" at the end of the nightly model build.
Expected that users should not be adversely impacted by a recache of the zones due to a schematic build
