Goal

The field IMPACT_CATEGORY in IFW_DSCBALIMPACT has only 10 characters

This field is mapped to IMPACT_CATEGORY in EVENT_BAL_IMPACTS_T, the length of these columns should match. Also, 10 characters is not long enough to accommodate a meaningful category.
