Symptoms OR

When performing ATP Inquiry – result is not including past due required hours and hence CTP (capacity check) is wrong. Promised date to customer is wrong.

ASCP horizontal plan shows Cum Hours Available -8.6 hrs in bucket P:0 and so in future on date 13-JAN-2017 when ATP shows Cum ATP availability 3.277... - the ASCP Horizontal plan shows Cum Hours Available -5.3 - and true availability is not until 17-Jan-2017

Check ATP availability - drill into pegging and on resource - open ATP HZ plan
Compare this to ASCP HZ plan for the resource.

Past Due hours are considered by ATP
ATP Horizontal plan should match the ASCP horizontal plan

Cannot schedule orders correctly - promise dates to customers are not correct.
