Goal

In Logical Device tree, Device interfaces ordering is not appropriate. These should be in sorting order.
Mandatory Interfaces are getting created when Logical device is created, those are creating in order.
Device interfaces created through ruleset are not in sorting order. Below screenshot shows the device interfaces in inappropriate order.
