When using Commerce Anywhere, Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) throws a MISSING_TRAN_BIG_GAP error with Order Management System (OMS) and Point of Service (POS) generated RTLOGs for the same store.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Create a customer order from webstore and perform a pickup of that customer order (using SIM) at the physical store.
2. Upload the OMS generated RTLOG (ORD) with TRAN_NO generated by OMS.
3. Upload a second OMS generated RTLOG (ORD) with TRAN_NO having some gap from previous RTLOG TRAN_NO.
4. Notice that a MISSING_TRAN_BIG_GAP error is logged in ReSA.
