After Applying Patches Approval Transaction Id Pop Up Stopped Coming While Creating New Approval (Doc ID 2164502.1)

Goal

Approval transaction ID pop up is not appearing instead of it we are getting below error for New/Addition of records, even if there are no pending approval transaction.

ERROR (web.dataservlet.PageRead) Unexpected error.
