RDC Onsite - News Windows appears too narrow to show all the text

Symptoms
The issue is when opening a News window from the left panel in RDC Onsite (News, Activities, Links) the News text is not completely
displayed (it truncates the last words) and there's no horizontal scroll bar. Also, sometimes the window is too short and doesn't show
the Link button (or link) on the lower part. An example news test is below without the ----
