Unable To Connect To a Network Element From ASAP Over SSH Protocol (Doc ID 2164675.1)

Symptoms

We created a network cartridge for Cisco WiFi devices using methodology published in <Note.1104051>. However, while trying to connect to the NE, we are receiving the error: "com.maverick.ssh.SshException: User is already authenticated! Did you check isAuthenticated? [Unknown cause]"
