LATEPYMT Process unable to create adjustments, multiple adjustments with duplicate key error in batch run tree

The LATEPYMT process may not be able to create adjustments.  Reviewing the batch run tree may show duplicate to do entries showing multiple adjustment ids with "duplicate key error".
