Refresh cost batch fails with multiple errors

Setup a new rule in Tax Engine (Taxweb) with an effective date greater than the last refresh

1. run l10n_br_refresh_extax_setup_retail.ksh
2. run l10n_br_refresh_extax_process_retail.ksh
3. run l10n_br_refresh_extax_finish_retail.ksh
4. l10n_br_refresh_extax_future_cost.ksh
Observe the errors.

Error 1:
l10n_br_refresh_extax_future_cost~20160629153321~EXEC_SQL~@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-02290: check constraint (RMS.CHK_COST_EVENT_EVENT_TYPE) vio lated@2FUTURE_COST_EVENT_SQL.INSERT_COST_EVENT

Cause: This is due to constraint CHK_COST_EVENT_EVENT_TYPE on table EXPLODE_TAX_RECALC missing "TAX". Alter constraint and add this value.

Error 2:
After fixing error #1, run again observe the following error:
L10N_BR_T_EXTAX_MAINT_SQL.FUTURE_TAX_LAW_CHANGES_COST Failed l10n_br_refresh_extax_future_cost~20160629172015~EXEC_SQL~@0INV_COST_EVENT_RUN_TYPE
Missing entry in table cost_event_run_type_config, add following entry:
insert into cost_event_run_type_config (EVENT_TYPE, EVENT_DESC, EVENT_RUN_TYPE, MAX_TRAN_SIZE)
values ('TAX', 'Tax Recalculation', 'SYNC', 1000);

Error 3:
After fixing error #1 and #2, run again an observe the following error:
