You can no longer remove a ground via the Control Tool when there are multiple grounds present.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Put two grounds on a device.
2. Attempt to remove one of the grounds, using the Control tool command.
You will get no error messages, but the ground will not get removed.
3. Go to the Conditions Summary and locate the grounds entries.
4. Select the grounds then delete. This works to remove them from the viewer.
