Incorrect User login details displayed in Agile PLM due to caching devices and appliances (Doc ID 2165361.1)

Symptoms

On Agile 9.3.2.0 version and above, after pressing Login button, just see a white screen is shown and if another user logs in, it shows that they are logged in a different user name.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Just see a white screen or another login is shown where they are logged in a different user name.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Login to the application through the Web Client regardless of where or who is being logged in.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Agile 9.3.2.0 version
2. Changed an IP address and a DNS entry, which affects how browser traffic is directed to our Agile server.
3. Login to the Web Client

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to Login to Agile PLM system.
