Symptoms

On : 8.6.5 version, Other Issues not covered by existing components

user name and password appearing as default while creating a new user

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a GRC user with 'admin' privilege log in through their 'User Name' in GRC application, and trying to create a user, the 'User Name' and 'Password' is appearing as default in Email Address 2 and Password fields respectively.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a GRC user with 'admin' privilege log in through their 'User Name' in GRC application, and trying to create a user, there should not be any default values in Email Address 2 and Password fields.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to GRC application.
2. Navigate to Setup and Administration > Create New User.
3. Check 'Email Address 2' and 'Password' fields in the Create New User Page.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to proceed to create a user as the default values appear are not in previous GRC releases and also not the business requirement.
