MSCCRPAR module: Create APS Partitions Program Fails With "ORA-02149: Specified partition does not exist" and "ORA-00959: tablespace '_$deleted$382$0' does not exist" (Doc ID 2165771.1)

Symptoms

 After upgrading to 12.1.3, when trying to create APS plan partitions, specifying plan partition = 1, instance partition = 0 in parameters of create APS partition program, MSCCRPAR module: Create APS Partitions program fails with the following error.

MSCCRPAR module: Create APS Partitions

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-02149: Specified partition does not exist
ORA-06512: at "SYSTEM.AD_DDL", line 165
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_MANAGE_PLAN_PARTITIONS", line 362
ORA-00959: tablespace '_$deleted$382$0' does not exist

 

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Advanced Supply Chain Planner -> Other -> Request -> Submit a New Request -> Single Request -> Search for "Create APS Partitions"
2. Enter parameters: Plan Partition = 1, Instance Partition = 0 and click Submit
3. The program completes in error
