Users see the following error when running the Retail Insights RTLUASIL.KSH batch:

Steps to Recreate:


  1. Run RTLUASIL.KSH for any staging table with special enclosing characters in the data files. This will invoke PACK_SIL_RetailUniversalAdapterLoad.xml.
  2. The scenario loads the data with enclosing characters instead of ignoring them.
